I meant to post this AGES ago but got very busy. I bought this book on e-bay with my dad's account during the New Year's. It is an extremely rare art book and it is actually out of print in the States- it has been since 2003- but they still sell it in the UK and Japan. I got mine from Toyama City, Japan for about $54.00 from a very good seller named Mariko from Japan. It's brand new, hardcover, with gorgeous illustrations and concept art. There's very little text but some- all in Japanese, of course, with English translation (or rather vice versa).
Mariko sent me some chopsticks and Japanese cookies from the Japanese New Year. She's a very good seller, I would definitely buy from her again.
I photographed the whole book, but I'm just going to include my favorite pages:
